The public procurement contract covers the delivery of network equipment for the needs of UMHAT "St. Ivan Rilski" EAD, Lot 4, with an estimated value: 78 200,00 euros, excluding VAT. The present public procurement contract with the subject "Delivery of network equipment, Lot № 4" is a separate lot from a public procurement contract for the delivery of computer equipment, computers, monitors, disks, peripherals, printers and multifunctional devices, and network equipment. The present Lot № 4 is awarded independently pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 5 and paragraph 6, second indent, of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The remaining lots, their estimated value, as well as the order in which they will be awarded is as follows: Lot 1 "Delivery of computer equipment, other than computers, monitors, disks, peripherals, printers and multifunctional devices, and network equipment" – with an estimated value of 25 564,00 euros, excluding VAT, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6, first indent, of the PPA, will be awarded directly in the order, valid for its individual estimated value; Lot 2 "Delivery of computers, monitors, disks and peripherals" – with an estimated value of 113 120,00 euros, excluding VAT, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 5 and paragraph 6, second indent, of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) will be awarded with an open procedure; Lot 3 "Delivery of printers and multifunctional devices" – with an estimated value of 51 500,00 euros, excluding VAT, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 5 and paragraph 6, second indent, of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) will be awarded with an open procedure; The total estimated value of the four lots is: 268 384,00 euros, excluding VAT. Contract performance period: 12 months. Delivery period: within 14 calendar days from the date of the request.
