France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la construction du bâtiment BRIFFAUT COMMUN et la réhabilitation partielle des bâtiments BRIFFAUT A et B à Valence (26)

The contract relates to the construction of the BRIFFAUT COMMUN building and the partial rehabilitation of the BRIFFAUT A and B buildings in Valence (26). The BRIFFAUT COMMUN building will constitute a new centrality hub for the campus, near the CROUS restaurant. The usable area of new construction is approximately 1400m². The usable rehabilitated area is approximately 1500 m². The operation will take place on an occupied site, and the phasing of the rehabilitation must take this into account, notably with works during the summer period. --- The contract will include a basic mission as defined in Articles L.2431-3 and R.2431-4 of the Public Procurement Code, and may be extended to additional mission elements as needed. The contract execution will start with the preliminary design mission element. The sketch mission element is carried out as part of the design contest.
