France – Architectural services for buildings – Concours restreint de maîtrise d'œuvre pour la construction d'une extension de 48 lits d'EHPAD à l'Hôpital Intercommunal du Haut Limousin

The present project includes a new construction project as an extension of the existing EHPAD. The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the CCTP. The services are settled by lump-sum prices. The present consultation is a restricted competition on a SKETCH. In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2122-6 of the Public Procurement Code, at the end of the competition, the contracting authority may proceed with the award of a contract without prior advertising or competition with the winner(s). At the current stage of the project, - The dimensions to be considered are in the order of 3 355 m² SDO built, - The share allocated to the work in the financial envelope of the operation is estimated at 8 600 000 €HT. - The overall duration of the contract is estimated at 41 months (studies + site) + 12 months of Guarantee of Perfect Completion.
