Poland – Minibuses – DOSTAWA MIKROBUSA NA POTRZEBY PAŃSTWOWEJ STRAŻY POŻARNEJ

1. The subject of the procedure is the delivery of 1 minibus for transporting at least 9 persons including the driver for the Voivodeship Command of the State Fire Service in Olsztyn, intended for the organisational unit of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The minibus for transporting persons is being purchased for the needs of the State Fire Service, with the possibility of use during the evacuation process from the danger zone and use in various crisis situations (OLiOC). 2. The technical description of the subject of the order is in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor undertakes to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the rules set out in the procedure documentation, including the contract template (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ). 4. The subject of the order must be factory new, unused, technically sound, safe, compliant with applicable quality standards and norms, complete and ready for use, and must also meet the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in the tender documentation. 5. Any names (trademarks), standards, ratings and technical specifications given by the Purchaser in the description of the subject of the order are for illustrative purposes only, and their indication aims to define the expected standard, while the Purchaser allows for the submission of equivalent offers based on art. 101(4), (5), (6) of the Pzp in connection with art. 99 of the Pzp. If the procedure documentation specifies concrete standards, ratings and technical specifications, the Purchaser informs that the use of equivalent solutions described by these standards is allowed. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Purchaser is obliged to prove in the offer - in particular by means of subject-specific evidence - that the supplies offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser. The trademarks, patents or origin, sources or special processes that characterize the origin of the materials, devices, services - indicated in the documentation - serve as auxiliary, the use of "equivalent" materials, devices and other products is allowed on condition of obtaining technical parameters equal to or better than those obtained by implementation according to the indications of the description of the subject of the order. The Contractor who refers to solutions "equivalent" to those described by the Purchaser is obliged to prove that the products, devices offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser. In such a case, the offer should include a description of the proposed product, device, additionally containing its technical parameters and the name of the manufacturer. If the Contractor proposes an equivalent product, this information must be included in the offer.
