Within the framework of the planned construction project, the erection of an exhibition on the Bibliotheca Palatina on the galleries of the Heiliggeistkirche, which have been empty for over 400 years, is planned. In connection with the exhibition, the installation of tourist infrastructure for approximately 1 million visitors per year is estimated to be necessary, the creation of barrier-free access on all levels of the church, including changes to the very differentiated height levels of the nave for liturgical reasons as well, and the reorganisation of the organs in the church.
