Austria – Mobile telephones – Mobile as a Service

The staff of the City of Graz and its companies ("Haus Graz") require new mobile phones, tablets, and data sticks/mobile routers at irregular intervals. This requirement is to be ensured through calls from the framework agreement in question. The mobile phones and tablets must be unlocked for all Austrian mobile networks. As soon as successor models or new technologies come on the market, these must be made available by the contractor for calling by the client. The repair of damaged hardware parts is to be carried out by the contractor. To guarantee supply security, the contractor must keep the mobile phones, tablets, and data sticks/mobile routers in a consignment warehouse for the client. For further details see AU.
