Bulgaria – Detection and analysis apparatus – ДОСТАВКА НА ЛАБОРАТОРНО ОБОРУДВАНЕ, НЕОБХОДИМО ЗА АНАЛИЗ НА РОЗОВО МАСЛО ЗА НУЖДИТЕ НА БЪЛГАРСКАТА АГЕНЦИЯ ПО БЕЗОПАСНОСТ НА ХРАНИТЕ (БАБХ)

The object of the public procurement is „supply“ under Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), including ancillary activities for installation, assembly, testing, commissioning, training and warranty maintenance, necessary for the complete and correct use of the supplied equipment. The subject of the public procurement is the supply of laboratory equipment necessary for the analysis of rose oil for the needs of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFA), including supply, installation and assembly, testing and commissioning of a high-resolution isotope ratio mass spectrometer (IRMS) with an element analyzer and a gas chromatography system, training of staff designated by the Contracting Authority to work with the equipment, as well as warranty maintenance of the supplied equipment for the duration of the contract. The public procurement is entrusted for the needs of the BFA in order to ensure technical equipment of a laboratory for the analysis of rose oil on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for the performance of laboratory tests for the analysis of rose oil by means of physicochemical and chemical analyses in connection with the implementation of the official control over products from the oil-bearing rose, intended for the production of food, as well as for the purposes of the self-control of business operators, with a view to achieving compliance with the requirements of the Act on the Oil-Bearing Rose. The order and conditions for determining the contractor of the public procurement are in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and the Ordinance on the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (OIPPA). The procedure is carried out in compliance with the principles established in the PPA.
