Netherlands – Social work services – Tussentijdse toetreding Raamovereenkomst Specialistische Jeugdhulp – percelen 1 t/m 6

Municipality of Hardenberg decided not to participate in lots 1 to 7 and 9 (outpatient individual, outpatient group and severe dyslexia) for the regional procurement of specialist youth support in 2022. The municipality wishes to join as a participating municipality for lots 1 to 7 under the Framework Agreement for Specialist Youth Support as of 1 January 2027. The accession will be formalised through an addition to the existing Framework Agreement. Furthermore, lot 3 will be split into lot 3a and lot 3b. The same conditions and rates apply to lot 3a as previously applied to lot 3. Lot 3b has additional criteria that a bidder must meet and different rates have been set. Based on the independent price study, the price-increasing factors for personnel costs and overhead for lot 3b have been adopted. This is a framework agreement without a purchase obligation.
