Ireland – Recruitment services – RFT for the provision of services for the management of recruitment processes.

The successful Tenderer must design and administer in consultation with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, an effective, efficient and fair recruitment and selection process for the Department, in line with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice for appointments to positions in the Civil and Public Service. This will involve developing and implementing, to completion, recruitment campaigns for a number of posts throughout the duration of the contract. These campaigns are expected to produce a number of appointees to an agreed standard within the timeframes set by the Department.
