The procurement concerns the setting of a discount rate for the purchase and delivery of the supplier's full range of large-scale catering equipment (machines and utensils) in the tendered categories to the contracting authority: 1. Cooking and serving 2. Cutlery 3. Beverage solutions 4. Pre-preparation 5. Glassware 6. Cooking and roasting equipment 7. Kitchen articles 8. Kitchen knives 9. Cooling and freezing 10. Dishwashing 11. Ovens 12. Plasticware 13. Small appliances 14. Trays and porcelain 15. Thermos containers 16. Preparation 17. Hot and cold cooking From Annex 2, examples of product types that fall under each category can be seen. Coffee machines are not included in the tender. If the supplier offers the sale of used products within the above categories, these can also be included in the agreement at the request of the contracting authority. Excluded from the tender are • Project purchases where special purchases are made according to the Public Procurement Act. A project purchase is understood to be an acquisition that involves extensive or complex planning, several craft skills, moving of installations or repairs in connection with the setup and use of products covered by the agreement. Project purchases will typically be tendered via a main or total contractor. If large-scale catering equipment is delivered to a project as a client supply, it must be delivered under this agreement, unless a special procurement process has been carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. • Supplementary purchases, where the contracting authority has legal and objective needs for the acquisition to meet requirements for a certain form (e.g. the acquisition must have a specific fit or match existing fixtures in the contracting authority's kitchen environment) or function (e.g. the acquisition must have a certain functionality or meet specific user considerations). • Goods not found in the webshop. These goods are not covered by the agreement, and the contracting authority can freely obtain quotes and make purchases from other relevant suppliers, including the contract supplier.
