The subject of the procurement is an electronic resident appointment scheduling software service (hereinafter the Software Service). The Software Service enables users to book, cancel, reschedule and confirm appointments, and to view booked appointments (including proxy booking) in accordance with national development. The services covered by the appointment scheduling system will be expanded in the Eastern Uusimaa well-being area to include primary healthcare, oral healthcare and social welfare. In the Eastern Uusimaa well-being area, electronic appointment scheduling has been in use for certain services, but now that the area has transitioned to using a single supplier's customer and patient information system (Tieto / Lifecare), the service is to be expanded. Appointment functionalities are to be implemented in primary healthcare, oral healthcare and social welfare. With electronic appointment scheduling, it is intended to free up professionals' time from the telephone, and to streamline customer interactions, as appointments can be booked regardless of time and place. The estimated value of the procurement, calculated in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, excluding VAT, for the contract period including the software service, implementation, expert services and options is 600 000,00 euros (€). The contract period is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years, after which it will continue indefinitely.
