In connection with a major renovation of Kildeskovshallen, Gentofte Municipality wishes to procure specially manufactured tiles for the renovation of the changing facilities. The swimming hall was built in 1966-1969 and is listed. The procurement will be a client supply to the renovation contractor. The tender is conducted as a public tender pursuant to the Public Procurement Act, Section 56. All interested economic operators may submit a tender, and the contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submits the economically most advantageous tender based on the award criterion "best value for money." The tender must consist of: completed ESPD, references, completed tender list, and the tenderer's response to the qualitative sub-criterion, including sample products. If the tenderer is part of a consortium or relies on other entities' economic/financial and professional/technical capabilities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of these entities. In addition, supporting declarations must be submitted. If the tenderer relies on other entities' professional experience regarding the performance of specific parts of the services that the contract includes, those specific parts of the services under the contract must be performed by the entity that the tenderer relies on. A site visit is expected to be held early in the process, tentatively on 14 July 2026 (at 12:00), where there will be an opportunity to receive samples of the existing tiles. Interested tenderers are therefore requested to reserve this date. Due to the listing of the building, it will be a requirement that the tiles the winning tenderer must supply have the same dimensions and colors as the originals, which places special demands on quality and the manufacturing process. Completion of the contract is expected to take place no later than 1 April 2027.
