Tender for a total enterprise agreement regarding the construction of Skørping elderly centre and Buderupholmvej, located in Skørping. The overall project involves the construction of a total of 40 dwellings, distributed as 30 care dwellings, of which 10 are designated for somatic patients and the remaining 20 are designated for dementia patients (lot 10) and 10 family dwellings designated for the senior segment (lot 11). The project is tendered as a single project, but separate total enterprise contracts will be entered into. It has been decided to tender the project as a whole in total enterprise. The reason for this is that it has been assessed to be most optimal for the project, both in terms of removing interfaces in the project and thereby minimizing risk and saving significant costs by only having to establish one construction site. It is assessed that the tendering form tender with negotiation can be used in accordance with the rules hereof, as it is a total enterprise, where adjustments will be made in connection with the tender, for which there is a need for prior negotiations.
