Romania – Road construction works – Execuție lucrări privind obiectivul de investiție ”Modernizare DJ 595 D Moșnița Veche-Giroc”

This procurement concerns the modernisation works of the existing county road DJ 595D, which runs through urban and rural areas, over a length of 12.090 m (12.09 km) and ensures the connection between the localities of Moșnița Veche and Giroc, as well as a new connection with the Timișoara Bypass (VTM). The duration of the works is 36 months from the date of issuance of the order to start the works by the beneficiary, according to the award documentation. The modernisation works include the following types: A. Road works - modernisation of the county road with one traffic lane per direction; - arrangement of 10 roundabouts - bicycle paths - sidewalks - intersections with side roads and streets; - access to properties; - bus stops; - parking lots; - implementation of devices for collecting and draining rainwater; - implementation of pedestrian crossings; - road safety elements; B. Railway works Works necessary for the modernisation of the level crossing with the railway CF 125 Timișoara - Buziaș, from km 9+701.10: - installation of elastic slabs at the ends of the elastic slabs related to the modernised level crossing; - connection of the outer slabs of the level crossing with the modernised sidewalk; - placement of parapets at the boundary between the carriageway and the sidewalk; - placement of the train approach signalling system without half-barriers of the SAT type; - relocation of the TTR pole from the km 8+607 zone on which the FO track is mounted C. Electrical installations - lighting of roundabout intersections D. Natural gas transport works - replacement of the natural gas distribution network and the connections connected to these networks, which supply the existing buildings on the sector of the county road DJ 595D under design - protection of the natural gas transport pipelines DN 200 Foieni - Timișoara I and DN 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara III, according to the project “Protection of existing natural gas transport pipelines DN 200 Foieni - Timișoara I and DN 400 Timișoara I - Timișoara III, at the intersection with DJ 595D, Moșnița Veche - Giroc, Timiș County” E. Telecommunications works - implementation of an underground infrastructure consisting of HDPE/PVC tubes and communication manholes for the safety of underground and aerial telecommunications networks and ensuring the connection to the communications network of future subscribers. The works will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Project developed by the design firm – SC Iriconstruct SRL, and the Building Permit No. 7 of 26.05.2026 issued by the Timiș County Council. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information, on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers, provided that the requests are addressed at least 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers. Clarifications submitted after this deadline will no longer be considered. The total estimated value of the works contract is 119,041,724.00 lei, excl. VAT, does not include the value of "miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses" (estimated at 10% of the total value).
