Poland – Stadium construction work – Modernizacja i rozbudowa infrastruktury sportowej stadionu miejskiego w Grodzisku Mazowieckim

The subject of the contract is the Modernisation and expansion of the sports infrastructure of the municipal stadium in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. As part of the subject of the contract, the following main construction works will be carried out: 1/ Demolition of the existing and construction of a new covered stand, including, among others: -demolition of the existing stand, -execution of a reinforced concrete stand structure, -installation of seats and barriers on the stand, -execution of a steel structure and roof covering, -construction of connections: sanitary and rainwater sewerage, water supply, -equipment of rooms, including, among others, furniture, computers 2/ Construction of sports infrastructure, including, among others: -implementation of internal and external finishing works, -installation of sanitary installations and equipment, including, among others: water supply, heating with heat pumps, mechanical ventilation, rainwater sewerage with a retention tank, hydrant installation, air conditioning, -installation of electrical and telecommunication installations and equipment, including, among others: photovoltaic panels with energy storage, -construction of a ticket office and storage building, -implementation of road works, -execution of technical infrastructure, -land development, including, among others: fencing, greenery. Main parameters of the subject of the contract: A/ Stand: -built-up area: 1 548.14 m2 -usable area: 1 466.81 m2 -volume: 9 198 m3 -number of storeys: variable from 1 to -number of seats in the stand: 2 014 B/ Ticket office and storage building: -built-up area: 40.77 m2 -usable area: 28.53 m2 -volume: 122 m3 -number of storeys: 1 The subject of the contract also includes the completion of agreements, obtaining all opinions and decisions as well as carrying out all necessary works enabling the use of the facility, including obtaining a permit for the use of the facility on behalf of the Contracting Authority by the Contractor.
