Description

The Amt Geltinger Bucht is a municipality in the region of Angeln in the east of the district of Schleswig-Flensburg in Schleswig-Holstein. In addition to classic administrative tasks, it assumes central functions of public services, including in the areas of education and municipal infrastructure. The procedure includes the new construction of a canteen at the location of the Heinrich-Andresen-Schule in Sterup. The municipality is located in the southwest of the municipal area and, with the school location, assumes a central supply function. This is a municipal school centre with primary and community school. It is located in a central position in the district of the municipality and is integrated into a small-scale, rural settlement structure. The surroundings are characterised by single-family housing and agriculturally used areas on the outskirts of the village. The aim is to strengthen the school location through the planned canteen and to secure a state-of-the-art educational infrastructure in the long term. This is to be used jointly in the future by the community school and the primary school. In addition, areas for multifunctional use for different age groups are required. The phased awarding of planning services in the service spectrum of buildings and interiors according to § 34 HOAI and the special services required in this context is planned. The performance phases 3-9 are to be provided; a preliminary investigation and preliminary planning has already taken place in advance by the Amt Geltinger Bucht.
