France – Medical consumables – N° 075-A : Fourniture de dispositifs médicaux des abords urologiques, digestifs et gynécologiques

This contract concerns the supply of standard urological, digestive and gynaecological medical devices for the Groupement Hospitalier Universitaire de Champagne, whose beneficiary establishments are the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims, the Centre Hospitalier Léon Bourgeois de Châlons-en-Champagne, the Centre Hospitalier Auban-Moët d’Epernay and the Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) of Rethel-Vouziers. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum. The estimated and maximum annual quantities are specified in the annual needs catalogue annexed to the Special Technical Clauses Document (annex n° 2 to the CCTP), which is freely accessible on the website https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. The maximum annual amount may not exceed 400% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities. The contract is divided into 68 lots detailed in the « Annual needs catalogue » (annex n° 2 to the Special Technical Clauses Document).
