The Zweckverband Grund- und Mittelschule Hebertshausen is planning the comprehensive renovation of the triple sports hall, built in 1981, at the location "Am Weinberg" in Hebertshausen. The aim is to bring the structural condition, energy efficiency, fire safety, accessibility, and technical building equipment up to date and thus ensure the hall's long-term usability for school and club sports. The basic services of phases 1-3 and 5-9 of the scope of services for technical equipment for plant groups 4, 5, 6 (ELT) according to § 55 Abs. 1 S. 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 will be awarded in stages. In addition, special services will be awarded.
