The subject of the contract is the provision of a maintenance service for medical devices operated in the Central Sterilization Units of the Beskidzkie Oncology Centre – Hospital im. Jana Pawła II in Bielsko-Biała in accordance with the scope indicated in the subject of the contract description - Annex 5 to SWZ. The list of all devices to be serviced is contained in Annex 1A to SWZ.
