Finland – Repair and maintenance services – HUSK Kameravalvontajärjestelmien asennus-, huolto- ja korjaustöiden hankinta

HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is procuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of camera surveillance systems in hospitals and other facilities within the operational area of the HUS group. Such facilities are located mainly in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, and Raasepori, but operations are also conducted on a smaller scale in other locations. The installation, maintenance, and repair of camera surveillance systems are described in more detail in Appendix 2 of the tender, the service description, and in Appendices 3-6. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area unless fewer acceptable tenders are received. The contract period is two (2) years. The contract includes the option for one (1) extension of two (2) years. For the contractors selected for the framework agreement, a mini-competition (project-specific contract) will always be arranged for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold, based on which the project-specific contractor will be selected. The prices given in the mini-competition must not exceed the prices agreed in the contract. However, the contractor may offer lower prices. For procurements below the national threshold (individual work orders), the purchaser may procure the required work package from the contractor deemed best and most suitable for the purpose. In this case, the contractor's offered prices will be used. The procuring entity also has the right to mini-compete procurements below the threshold. The quantity of services to be procured during the contract period as well as the targets to which the services are procured may vary. The purchaser is not committed to specific procurement quantities. It is possible to procure other products, rental equipment, and machinery or special expertise related to the procurement target from the contract suppliers. The same principle as the prices given in the tender must be followed in the pricing of other products, rental equipment, and machinery or special expertise. The HUS group has approximately 1,300,000 m2 of hospital properties, including leased hospitals. Due to the large property mass, property tours will not be arranged for the targets. The targets will be familiarised with the supplier during the order.
