The subject of the contract is the creation of a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 29 months to ensure the services of architects and designers for land construction. The subject of the partial contracts will be the implementation of: -design work -design of land construction, which must include a stopping plan according to (§40c of Act No. 200/2022 Coll. on Spatial Planning) -preparation and negotiation with all affected parties of all levels of project documentation according to Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Building Act and amending and supplementing certain laws (Building Act) as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and with reference to the transitional provisions of § 84 of the Building Act also according to Act No. 50/1976 Coll. on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act) in the wording valid until 31.03.2025, -ensuring the services of so-called "professionals" (i.e. experts in individual fields, such as surveyor, dendrologist, geologist, hydrologist, structural designer, electrical installations, plumbing and gas installations, etc.) so that the complete project documentation meets the standards according to the law, -preparation of a quantity survey with an itemised budget usable for public procurement; preparation of a quantity survey and project documentation for the selection of the contractor (or service provider), which must be prepared in accordance with § 42 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. in cases where it refers to a specific product / product, it is necessary for the parameters of these products to be described in minimum and maximum technical standards so that it is possible to assess equivalent solutions, -ensuring so-called "engineering" throughout the entire process from the beginning of the preparation of the project documentation until the completion of the construction; engineering includes mainly communication and representation before all affected persons and bodies of public administration, which, by their decision-making and other (opinions, assessment of impacts, etc.) activities, intervene in the preparation of the project documentation and the obtaining of a favourable decision in the spatial and building proceedings (especially the building permit), or in the proceedings on the building intention or the notification of the building and building modifications, -ensuring expert author supervision (OAD) during the implementation of the construction until its completion.
