Following the questions raised, the contracting authority has decided to rectify. The reason for the rectification is that the suitability requirements have been adjusted. This concerns a European procurement for the conclusion of a framework agreement with one expert partner for the technical development, expansion, integration, support and management of the SAS-Dataplatform. The assignment includes further professionalisation of the data platform, realising secure and future-proof connections with various source systems, and supporting the Contracting Authority in data-driven work. The framework agreement has an initial term of three years, with the possibility of two extensions of one year each. With this, WSRL aims to achieve a sustainable cooperation that contributes to the stability, scalability and further development of the data platform. Conditions of the Applicant or other general conditions are explicitly rejected. The Applicant must fully comply with the conditions set by Waterschap Rivierenland.
