Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Schloss Erkersreuth - Planungsleistungen gem. §34 und §49 HOAI 2021 einschließlich Brandschutz

Stiftung Kulturerbe BayernGermanyPublished on Mar 24, 2026
No deadline given

Description

The Stiftung Kulturerbe Bayern wishes to develop the listed Schlossensemble Erkersreuth, located in the town centre, into a “Kulturcampus”. It is planned to revitalise the entire Schloss area step by step in several modules and to establish it as the town centre of Erkersreuth. The conversion of the various buildings or building parts will ultimately form a coherent and sustainable overall concept. The centre of the complex will be the listed Schloss. The other buildings will be “serving” buildings in this context. The implementation of the overall measure is only possible through several funding modules, which must be considered separately from each other. Due to the heavily damaged roof of the Schloss, the static renovation of the roof and the timber beam ceilings incl. facade renovation is currently being carried out with funds from the Compensation Fund and the Oberfrankenstiftung. For the next construction phase now pending, funds have already been earmarked from the Federal Programme KulturInvest, the Oberfrankenstiftung and other funding bodies. With the submission of the cost estimate and the final utilisation concept, the Federal Government will then finally examine the measure and release the funds. A further separate funding module will then concern the Schlosshof and possibly the so-called old brewery. The module funded by KulturInvest for which this VgV procedure is being tendered, includes the following buildings/building parts: • Schloss: Conversion of the ground floor to a “small” gastronomy / café, cellar renovation (moisture) as well as interior renovation incl. technical services (specialised conservation supervision and interior design of the ground floor will be additionally commissioned) • Brunnenhaus: Restoration without specific use • Building part Verwaltergebäude: Complete restoration without major conversion measures • Building part Tenne: Demolition and new construction / partial new construction in the ground floor for seminar / event rooms, upper floor as a large open uninsulated room for events and/or studio areas. • A heating centre (wood chips) for all buildings is to be planned in the new construction area.
