Germany – Building construction work – Neubau eines Innovationszentrums und einer Schweißhalle im Rahmen eines ÖPP-Inhabermodells

The district of Grafschaft Bentheim plans the turnkey construction of an Innovation Centre and a welding hall at the site of the vocational schools in Nordhorn as part of an overall award of planning and construction services and financing services. The scope of services includes planning, construction including the preparation of the outdoor facilities, interim and final financing as well as the provision of maintenance services within the extended warranty periods. The services will be awarded as a total contract to a main contractor (based on a PPP concession model) through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition.
