The scope of the contract includes taking over maintenance data of installations and components at approximately 15 Gasunie locations in the Netherlands into a proprietary maintenance system and managing the multi-year maintenance plan. Additionally, the contractor performs preventive maintenance and related corrective maintenance based on work orders, the maintenance plan 2027–2034, maintenance history, and inspections. Also, solving faults reported by Gasunie and supplying the required materials, including obsolescence management, fall under the scope. Finally, the contractor keeps logs, prepares reports and analyses, performs partial discharge measurements on HS cables, and advises on maintenance optimisation. Update 13-05-2026: Following the First Information Note, an omission has been identified in the original certification. This omission is hereby rectified, in that the previously stated requirement regarding BEI certification is waived. The estimated value for the entire duration of the framework agreement amounts to approximately €4.800.000 based on 8 years. This estimated value refers to the total amount, excluding VAT, including options and extensions as indicated in this guide.
