Romania – Gas supply mains construction work – RACORDAREA LA REȚEAUA TRANSGAZ DE TRANSPORT GAZE NATURALE A CET-URILOR ELCEN – OBIECTIVUL CET VEST

The Contractor, under the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) contract, is responsible for designing (preparing documents for obtaining permits, approvals, authorizations, Technical Project, Execution and Assembly Details, As Built documentation), identifying landowners for the execution of works, sending notifications and supporting the obtaining of their agreements for easements and use, executing construction works, delivering and installing equipment, machinery, subassemblies, materials, connecting to existing installations, carrying out functional and performance tests, overall project and works coordination, training operating and maintenance personnel, and providing assistance during the execution and warranty periods. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 15. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all clarifications/supplementary information addressed by interested economic operators within the above-mentioned period, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
