This procurement concerns the delivery, commissioning, leasing and, after the lease period, dismantling of temporary accommodation for primary school De Schuilplaats in Putten. Primary school De Schuilplaats has experienced growth in student numbers in recent years and is expected to continue growing according to forecasts. The IHP 2025-2040 agreement states that De Schuilplaats will be permanently expanded in the future by means of a relocation nearby the school. This location is not yet available, and therefore it has been agreed that De Schuilplaats will be temporarily expanded on its own site. This involves temporary accommodation for 2 group spaces including traffic spaces and technical spaces, a corridor, and sanitary facilities. The units will be placed on a hardened surface and the building will preferably be 2 storeys high. The temporary accommodation must be ready for use by 13 February 2027. The municipality of Putten intends to enter into an agreement for the delivery and leasing of temporary accommodation (in the form of modular buildings) for education. The Department of Society is the contracting authority for the placement and leasing of the temporary accommodation.
