Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Offene Rahmenvereinbarung über Arzneimittelrabatte gemäß § 130a Abs.8 SGB V mit jederzeitiger Beitrittsmöglichkeit, sog. Zulassungsmodell 2026­-03

The present notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies in the sense of § 130a Abs. 8 Satz 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed only at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or employee associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4 Abs. 18 Arzneimittelgesetz. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119 Abs. 3 GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the amount of the discount. An unlimited number of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or employee associations of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4 Abs. 18 Arzneimittelgesetz can become contracting partners. The cancellation of the procedure 2026-03 of the original publication (822904-2025 of 11.12.2025) and thus the cancellation of all lots as of 30.06.2026 is hereby announced.
