The ESTW intends to award a contract for the supply of solo buses with battery-electric drive and to ensure the operational readiness of these vehicles throughout the contract period. The subject of the tender is the supply of a total of 5 solo buses with battery-electric drive as well as the performance of service and maintenance services for a period of 5 years from final acceptance, with the option to extend by a further 3 years. This includes the following services:

• Supply of 5 road-approved, technically mature and standard-compliant solo buses with battery-electric drive,

• Ensuring the full operational and deployment capability of the vehicles in daily line operation,

• Performance of maintenance, service and maintenance services to ensure technical availability and operational safety,

• Performance of inspections, regular tests and preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and legal requirements,

• Fault diagnosis, fault clearance and performance of necessary repairs including spare parts supply,

• Provision of a suitable workshop and service concept incl. response times and availability guarantees,

• Documentation of all maintenance and maintenance measures in a suitable form (digital and/or analogue),

• Ensuring demand-oriented spare parts availability throughout the contract period,

• Training of ESTW personnel in the handling of the vehicles and in basic operating and maintenance activities,

• Provision of technical documentation and, if necessary, digital access to vehicle-related data and service information,

• Consideration of ecological and sustainable aspects with regard to energy efficiency, resource conservation and life cycle of the vehicles and components.
