The subject of the procurement is the supply of technical materials for K2 tanks, divided into 3 parts (tasks). 2. Requirements and detailed description of the subject of the procurement are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Procurement Conditions, which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Invited Bidders who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 3. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the procurement be completed within 60 days from the date of the contract signature, but no later than 30.11.2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expires earlier). 5. The Contracting Authority envisages the right of option in the subject procurement. The contract execution term in the optional procurement is set at 30 days from the date of the Contractor receiving the relevant notification mentioned in § 1, para. 10 of the contract, but no later than 30.11.2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expires earlier). The Contracting Authority's exercise of the right of option will be initiated by sending the Contractor the relevant notification within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract in the scope of the basic procurement. 6. The Contractor has no claim against the Contracting Authority for the realization of optional deliveries.
