The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter DNS) and the awarding of contracts during the validity of the DNS, i.e. from its establishment until its termination. The subject of the contracts awarded within the framework of the DNS is mainly the supply of laboratory equipment and accessories, analytical and detection equipment, laboratory equipment and laboratory furniture, which are commonly available on the market, mainly within the scope of the CPV groups 189, 195, 242, 243, 249, 302, 311, 315, 317, 325, 331, 337, 339, 351, 380, 381, 382, 383, 384, 385, 386, 389, 391, 398, 426, 429, 434, 441, 452, 482. The contracting authority, if necessary, will also use another specific CPV code from the listed groups or another group according to CPV for the classification of goods or services. The subject of the contracts may also be the provision of related services. The contracting authority will announce a specific contract using the DNS based on a Call for Tenders (hereinafter Call for Tenders). The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be stated in the relevant Call for Tenders within the framework of the awarding of a specific contract in accordance with the tender documents. The contracting authority expects to award specific contracts within the framework of the DNS at irregular, unpredictable intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. Similarly, the contracting authority expects the volume of specific contracts awarded within the framework of the DNS to range from individual units to thousands of units in a specific contract awarded within the framework of the DNS. The specific scope of the subject of the contract as well as its detailed specification, including specific delivery locations, will be part of the individual calls within the established DNS, which will be sent to all registered interested parties via the electronic means JOSEPHINE.
