The VG Bad Breisig intends to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the Römer-Therme in Bad Breisig. The project involves the comprehensive renovation of the Römerthermen Part II in Bad Breisig. It is to be understood as a follow-up measure to the 2023 completed renovation of the technical installations, including a new technical building and roof renovation over the changing rooms. As part of the planned comprehensive renovation and modernization of the facade, roof and glass surfaces, the Efficiency Building Level 70 is to be achieved. The aim is to make a particular contribution to climate protection, to preserve the existing buildings in full, to reduce water consumption and to optimize accessibility in the interior and exterior areas.
