Poland – Computer equipment and supplies – Zakup niezbędnego sprzętu komputerowego niezbędnego do tworzenia, wdrażania i obsługi e-usług publicznych w ramach projektu pn.: „Modernizacja infrastruktury informatycznej Szpitala Psychiatrycznego Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Węgorzewie w celu podniesienia cyberbezpieczeństwa w systemie e-zdrowia wraz z rozszerzeniem e-usług”

The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as "equipment" or "computer equipment") necessary for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of e-services in the public sector within the project entitled: "Modernisation of the IT infrastructure of the Independent Public Health Care Institution of the Psychiatric Hospital in Węgorzewo to enhance cybersecurity in the e-health system along with the expansion of e-services" implemented under the programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Warmii i Mazur 2021–2027. The delivery includes: 1) 78 desktop computers (CPU units); 2) 78 monitors; 3) 78 1D/2D barcode scanners. 2. The equipment must be brand new, unused, from current production lines (manufactured after 1 January 2026) and originating from the official sales channel of the manufacturer to the Polish market. 3. None of the ICT products, ICT services, or ICT processes offered as part of this tender may be subject to a recommendation from the Government Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the state's security (in accordance with Article 226(1)(17) of the Pzp Act); none of the offered ICT products, ICT services, or ICT processes may come from an entity and may not include the type of product/service/process specified in the decision to designate the supplier as a high-risk supplier (in accordance with Article 226(1)(19) of the Pzp Act). 4. This public tender is implemented and co-financed under Project FEWM.01.07-IZ.00-0008/25 "Modernisation of the IT infrastructure of the Independent Public Health Care Institution of the Psychiatric Hospital in Węgorzewo to enhance cybersecurity in the e-health system along with the expansion of e-services" under Priority 01 Economy; Action 01.07 e-health of the regional programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Warmii i Mazur co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund.
