It is the slightly amended re-advertisement of the unsuccessful tendering procedure VOEK 173-26. The subject of the advertised service is the creation of a tender-ready construction services specification (Bau-LV) for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems (PV systems) on the roofs of approximately 500 to 650 Federal Armed Forces buildings by the year 2030. For this purpose, the contractor must create a comprehensive construction services specification in accordance with § 7b VS VOB/A, covering all potentially required services, based on surveys and investigations of five representative properties. The construction services specification is to serve as the basis for the commissioning of companies to implement the PV systems in a subsequent tendering procedure. The provision of services will be carried out in close coordination with parallel commissioned planning offices, which will check the technical and economic suitability of the buildings and prepare the respective implementation plans. The aim is to enable immediate construction to follow the completion of the analysis and planning by the early creation of the construction services specification and the advance commissioning of the construction companies.
