• The execution of live interventions on steel network ≤ DN 300 on Medium Pressure network;

• The execution of live interventions on PE network up to DN 200, MPB or MPC (including 10 bar pressure);

• The installation, welding, and piercing of bypass taps, plugging taps, decompression taps, and taps necessary for the gas on and off operations;

• Steel and PE welding on live network.

The tender consists of 3 multi-award lots (3 awardees per lot). The same bidder cannot be awarded more than 2 lots. In the event that a bidder is selected for more than 2 lots, they will be awarded the lots with the highest maximum amount in priority. Exception to this rule of a maximum of 2 lots: in the case where a company is awarded a lot for which it submitted the only regular, appropriate, or acceptable offer, then this lot will be awarded to them, even if they are already awarded 2 lots. This exception allows GRDF to avoid a failed procurement. The Market Shares will be 40% for the awardee in first position, 35% for the awardee in second position, and 25% for the awardee in third position. The contracts will include an optional additional service relating to gas reinjection. The contracts will include a mutual assistance clause in case of failure of at least one contractor on an adjacent lot. Variations are not accepted. - The candidate must mobilise, for each distinct lot, two interveners with the following competencies, duly mentioned on their Professional Recognition of Competence (RDA) or Training Certificate:

1. "Gas Operator" competence: OC21

2. "Gas Operations Manager" competence: OC22

- The candidate must have available the plugging equipment allowing to intervene on the steel network from DN 32 to DN 150 Steel or at least provide a certificate of honour and committing to have the equipment available within three months from the date of signature of the contract. Rental is allowed. The equipment must be authorised for use by GRDF.

- The candidate must provide proof that the interveners (at least 1 intervener) are authorised to use said equipment (plugging equipment allowing to intervene on the steel network from DN 32 to DN 150) i.e. the certificates of the associated training. (Subcontracting is not allowed).
