Netherlands – Construction work – Partnerselectie Gebiedsontwikkeling Stadshart Woensel

The Municipality of Eindhoven has ambitious plans to redevelop the WoenselXL shopping centre and existing large-scale parking facilities to create a vibrant city centre in Woensel. The task includes:

- Realisation of a maximum of approximately 3,000 housing units, a mix of social rent, mid-range rent and free sector rent and/or sale.

- Fulfillment of the non-residential programme.

- Strengthening and expanding social facilities.

Through this selection procedure, the Municipality of Eindhoven is seeking a cooperation partner who, from a shared vision and in close consultation with public and social stakeholders, will give substance to the planning and phased realisation of the Stadshart Woensel. The partner is challenged to contribute with creativity, innovation and a long-term perspective to a high-quality, sustainable development and realisation of this strategically located central area.
