Slovakia – Information technology services – Zavedenie váženého množstevného zberu ZKO v Žiari nad Hronom

The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service for the project "Introduction of Weighted Quantity Collection of Municipal Waste (ZKO) in Žiar nad Hronom", consisting mainly of design, delivery, implementation, configuration, integration, operation and support of the operation of an information technology system enabling: • regulated and authorized access to lockable canopies/collection bins, • user identification and access/event logging (audit log), • automated weighing of mixed municipal waste (ZKO) at each entry/disposal of waste, • assignment of the measured weight to a specific user identifier, • data collection, local storage and transfer to server storage, • data processing, reporting and exports for invoicing/fee purposes, • integration and communication with the existing systems of the contracting authority or waste management systems (e.g. via API), • operational functions (offline mode, backup power supply, diagnostics/monitoring, remote updates). The contract is not divided into parts. The tenderer will submit a bid for the entire subject of the contract.
