The products and services for high-level work on the City of Lohja's properties include:

- Products required for working in high/fall-risk areas of municipal properties. (Personal protective equipment, fall-arrest and fall-restraint systems)

- Inspection and maintenance services for the above-mentioned products. In addition to inspections related to roof safety, the scope may also include condition assessments of roofs and gutters.

- Risk assessments for working at height, fall protection, and reporting on current roof safety products, as well as making procedural recommendations from a separate order.

- Training in working at height / fall protection.

- System and product training and user support (during office hours).

- Fall protection consultation, e.g. supervision of fall protection on the city's construction sites and during snow removal (from a separate order €/h and response time if additional training is needed days)

Period: Years 2026 - 2028, option year 2029. The contracting authority will notify the possible use of the option 4 months before the expiry of the contract.

Prices: Prices are fixed for the first year of the contract. After that, the price can be reviewed annually according to the building cost index (2010=100). The contracting authority also has the corresponding right. The contracting authority selects three companies with the most economically advantageous tenders for the framework agreement, which are ranked in order of advantage. The order is initially given to the supplier who is ranked first in the order of merit. However, for justified reasons, the procurement unit may also use the second or third-ranked tenderer. Justified reasons may include, for example, the following:

- The supplier does not respond to inquiries within the set time limit.

- The supplier does not have the capacity to accept the order within the given time frame and/or scope.
