The present contract is a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount. The present contract aims to define the conditions and modalities for the supply, preparation, deployment, and maintenance of portable equipment and associated solutions for the critical radio communication services of the RATP, within the framework of the technological migration project of the existing TETRA technology equipment to LTE technology. The services and supplies included in the contract scope are described below. The services of the minimum amount are:

P1 — Market steering, monitoring and coordination

The price for the market steering, monitoring and coordination service is included in the services of P2 to P4 (in the minimum amount) ordered by the RATP. It will not be the subject of any specific OLS on the part of the RATP.

P2 — Initialization, qualification and preparation of portable equipment

P2.1: Initialization service for a volume of 40 man*days

P2.2: Qualification of portables for a volume of 40 man*days

P2.4: Preparation of equipment for a volume of 6300 equipment

P3 — Supply and delivery of portables and software

P3.1: Supply of portables and accessories for a volume of:

- 6300 portables

- 268 multi-chargers

P3.2: Support and maintenance of acquired licenses of the administration system for 12 months

P3.3: Deployment of portables for a volume of 30 man*days
