Section 1 – Delivery of audiovisual technology (hereinafter also referred to as "AVT") The subject of the contract is the delivery of AVT for specialist classrooms, including cabinets, at SŠ and ZŠ Klášterec nad Ohří and ZŠ Školní in Klášterec nad Ohří. This part of the subject of the contract is detailed in the list of works and deliveries (statement of quantities), which forms Annex No. 3 of this tender documentation and in the project documentation (hereinafter also referred to as "PD") prepared by DESIGN 4AVI, s.r.o., Pražská 1335/63, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha 10, IČO: 07303289, including all parts of the said project documentation, which forms Annex No. 4 of these tender conditions.

Section 2 – Furniture delivery The subject of the contract is the delivery of furniture for specialist classrooms, including cabinets, in the buildings of SŠ and ZŠ Klášterec nad Ohří and ZŠ Školní in Klášterec nad Ohří. This part of the subject of the contract is detailed in the list of works and deliveries (statement of quantities), which forms Annex No. 3 of these tender conditions and in the project documentation prepared by DESIGN 4AVI, s.r.o., Pražská 1335/63, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha 10, IČO: 07303289, including all parts of the said project documentation, which forms Annex No. 4 of these tender conditions.
