In the context of the new Lyon-Turin railway link project, TELT, as the contracting authority, is the public promoter responsible for the implementation and management of the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The present public contract concerns the provision of legal advisory and assistance services in the areas covered by each of the contract lots detailed below. These services relate to the legal issues arising from TELT's operational themes in France, and mainly consist of: • Written legal consultations; • Analysis, drafting or assistance in drafting any deed, contract or document. The services that are the subject of the present public contract are reserved for the regulated profession of lawyer.
