Germany – Secondary school construction work – Generalübernehmerleistungen Schulneubau Schule an der Jungfernheide

The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the State of Berlin. As part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive, HOWOGE is responsible for the new construction and major renovations of schools for the State of Berlin. In this role, HOWOGE intends to realize the new construction of a community school for the existing school community: "Schule an der Jungfernheide" (SAJ) in Berlin Spandau. The services to be awarded concern general contractor services for the turnkey construction of the school site and, in the first phase of the contract, the implementation of a partnering phase according to the School Construction Team Model in Lph 2. The new school site is located on the district-owned property of a former sports field (formerly Siemens sports facility) and consists of a 2-3-2-track community school with a focus on support of 2 tracks each up to secondary level I, a double sports hall (6 hall sections) as well as the associated school open spaces and outdoor sports facilities. All construction services are to be completed on schedule, ready for occupancy, functional and free of defects.
