The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the 24/7 guarding of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. Distribution Division Zielona Góra facilities. The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 parts. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of a tender being submitted by the contractor in relation to all parts of the contract (i.e. the contractor may submit a tender for a selected part or for all parts of the contract). In accordance with Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, in the conducted procedure, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then qualify the contractor whose tender was highest rated in a given part, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
