Poland – Fire station construction work – Budowa strażnicy KP PSP w Nowym Targu wraz z JRG

Subject of the contract: Construction of the Command Post of the County Command of the State Fire Service in Nowy Targ, including the Fire and Rescue Unit, with installations: gas, water and sewerage, central heating, electrical, telecommunication, mechanical ventilation, as well as parking spaces, economic bays, flagpole, fire road, telecommunication mast. Technical data of the designed building: Command Building with FRU: a) total area: 4 547.08 m², b) usable area: 3 884.71 m², c) volume: 16 468.10 m³, Bays (6 units): a) total area: 125.00 m² (5x20.00 m² + 1 x 25.00 m²), b) usable area: 123.00 m² (5x 19.60 m² + 1 x 25.00 m²), c) volume: 358.28 m³ (5x54.40 m³ + 1 x 86.25 m³), The task includes in particular: a) construction of the command post building with infrastructure, b) construction of roads, maneuvering areas, parking spaces, and walkways necessary for the operation of the unit, c) construction of a power generation unit along with the connection, d) construction of fencing – fencing up to 2.2 m to be implemented under art. 29 para. 2 point 20 of the Building Law, e) construction of a solid waste collection site, f) development of green areas, g) construction of economic bays, h) construction of a separator, i) construction of small architecture, j) construction of a flagpole, k) construction of a telecommunication mast, l) reconstruction of existing roads, parking lots and walkways within the plot, m) protection of existing technical infrastructure conflicting with the investment location - drainage network, electrical with lighting columns, telecommunication sewerage, n) execution of connections - sanitary sewerage, water supply, power, telecommunication, gas, o) execution of external installations: water supply, sewerage, sanitary sewerage, storm sewerage, telecommunication installation, area lighting, photovoltaic. Furthermore, the task also includes: a) organisation, securing and development of the construction site, b) execution of as-built documentation with full and necessary measurements, certificates of conformity, technical approvals, declarations of conformity and other documents allowing the use of the materials and equipment used along with their list, c) disposal of non-recyclable waste materials to a storage site in accordance with applicable regulations in this area, d) tidying up and returning the premises and site to their original condition upon completion of the works.
