France – Construction work – Rénovation de l'Espace Nautique du Grand Chalon (hors lots 6 et 7).

Renovation of the Nautical Space of Grand Chalon (excluding lots 6 and 7). The present procedure follows a first procedure declared unfruitful for reason of public interest in application of article R2185-1 of the Public Procurement Code (reference of the initial notice: Notice No. 26-25977 published in the BOAMP and notice No. 180295-2026 published in the OJEU on 16/03/2026). - The overall contract is broken down into 17 lots. The present public call for competition does not concern lots 6 and 7, which are handled within the framework of a separate consultation conducted under an accelerated procedure in application of articles L2123-1-3° and R.2123-1-2° of the Public Procurement Code. - Candidates may respond to one or more lots. - In application of the provisions of article L2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the execution of the contract includes a mandatory economic activity insertion clause (except for lot 16). - The contract begins upon notification and ends at the end of the perfect completion guarantee period. The contract execution period is 17 months, including 2 months of site preparation period. - Lot No. 5 includes a mandatory variant and variants are allowed for all lots. The modalities for their presentation are indicated in the consultation documents. - Lots 1, 3, 5, 10, 11, 13, 16 and 17 are subject to possible additional services with mandatory pricing. - Except for lots 1 and 2, a 5% (3% if the contract holder is a small or medium-sized enterprise mentioned in article R2151-13 of the Public Procurement Code) retention will be applied to the amounts due as an advance. This retention may be replaced by a first-demand guarantee. - For lots No. 3, 4, 10 and 11, in case of payment of an advance, it can only be paid after the contract holder has constituted a first-demand guarantee covering the totality of the advance.
