France – Construction work for buildings relating to railway transport – Travaux de conception du Pôle d'Echanges Multimodal (PEM) de Saint Cyr Les Lecques à Saint Cyr sur Mer (83270)

In the framework of the LNPCA Phase 1 project, the contract subject of this notice is the construction of a new multimodal station at Saint-Cyr Les Lecques station. The new PEM of St-Cyr sur Mer in the Var will integrate the following elements: - A forecourt, - A building grouping together passenger services, bicycle and vehicle parking in a silo, - High-quality landscaping treatment of the railway platform and PEM retention basin, - A main pedestrian alley connecting access to the PaSo, the building and the north-south link of intermodality and the new district, - An active mobility lane linking west-east, - A drop-off point in a ground-level aerial parking, - Integrated bus intermodality in a widened two-way vehicle Tacone path. This contract is divided into 3 lots: LOT 1 – VRD and Landscape LOT 2 – Building – Aménagement of the Paso and Quays LOT 3 – Technical Lots
