Procurement of vehicles by the Border Police in 12 lots under the project "Implementation of Cross-Border Operations and Development of Technical Capacity" with the identifier BBA_PLUSZ- 2.1.1-24-2024-00002. A total of 22 vehicles as follows:

1. Lot: Passenger Car I. - 1 unit

2. Lot: Passenger Car II. – 1 unit

3. Lot: Passenger Car III. – 1 unit

4. Lot: Passenger Car IV – 4 units

5. Lot: Passenger Car V. – 3 units

6. Lot: Passenger Car VI. – 1 unit

7. Lot: Van I. – 2 units

8. Lot: Van II. - 1 unit

9. Lot: Van III. - 4 units

10. Lot: Van IV. – 2 units

11. Lot: Light Off-Road Vehicle – 1 unit

12. Lot: Van V. – 1 unit

The tenderer must submit a bid for the total quantity of the given lot. In lots 4, 5, 7, 9 and 10, the vehicles offered in the given lot must belong to at least two different manufacturers. In lots 4, 5 and 9, the Procurer does not specify the distribution of the number of units per manufacturer; the tenderer may freely determine this, provided that the total quantity of the given lot is offered and at least two different makes of vehicles are included. Every vehicle offered must meet the technical requirements specified for the given lot. The tenderer must submit, for every lot, the financial offer (Annex 4 of the KKD) and the technical data sheet (Annex 5 of the KKD) completed, as well as the valid type approval certificate issued by the National Transport Authority, to support the evaluation criteria and compliance with the technical specifications. The Procurer considers the completed financial offer table to be part of the technical offer, the total absence of which cannot be remedied. The Procurer provides a template for the financial offer as part of the KKD.
