France – Commissioning of heating installations – Contrat de performance énergétique concernant les installations de chauffage, d’ECS, de ventilation, de climatisation et d’électricité des bâtiments du Centre Hospitalier du Belvédère.

The present consultation concerns the renewal of contracts for the operation of thermal installations, including heating, hot water, ventilation, air conditioning and electricity for the buildings of the Centre Hospitalier du Belvédère. The present contract aims to reduce the energy consumption of the Centre Hospitalier du Belvédère's estate. Therefore, the Contractor undertakes, through its operation and as part of its P3 service and equipment renewal, to reduce consumption for each site. Furthermore, the quality of service is crucial to ensure the comfort of the users of the buildings of the Centre Hospitalier du Belvédère. Thus, the Contractor does everything possible to ensure compliance with the contractual provisions mentioned in the present contract as well as optimal service continuity.
