Servicemægleren A/S is pleased to assist Nordværk I/S and Nordværk Affaldsenergi A/S (hereafter referred to as "Contracting Authority") with the above-mentioned tender for cleaning a number of locations at the Contracting Authority. The tender is conducted as a joint procurement between the two organisations: Nordværk I/S/CVR nr. 46076753 & Nordværk Affaldsenergi A/S/CVR nr. 45288897

The tendered task includes cleaning at the Contracting Authority, distributed across the following location types:

The cleaning task covers a total average daily cleaning area of approximately 8,633 m², distributed across administrative buildings, energy facilities, resource facilities, environmental facilities, landfills, hazardous waste facilities, and recycling sites. The task includes the execution of daily scheduled cleaning, thorough cleaning, and periodic cleaning. Additionally, the task includes related services such as waste handling and sorting, replenishment of consumables, and other operational-related service tasks in connection with the cleaning supply.

The task is not divided into sub-contracts. The Contracting Authority has chosen not to divide the task into sub-contracts due to the task's limited economic and volume scope. The Contracting Authority also sees several positive synergy and management effects in having one supplier handle the entire task for the Contracting Authority, which is why it is optimal to tender the task as a single combined task.

The scope of the cleaning task is further described in building and local lists with accompanying drawings (Appendix C and C1).

The contractual conditions are outlined in Appendix A, while the specific information about the scope of cleaning is outlined in the Specification of Requirements (Appendix B).
