No deadline given

Description

The municipality of Wietze plans to realise the new construction of the Wietze fire station within the framework of a PPP procedure. The aim of the project is the new construction of a modern, functional and future-proof fire station for the local fire brigade Wietze based on current requirements for technology, operational processes and working conditions. The planning, construction, furnishing, financing and partial operation (e.g. maintenance, upkeep) are to be carried out within the framework of a Public-Private Partnership model (PPP) in the concession model. For the new construction, the existing buildings located on the municipal property of 4,038 m² at Nienburger Str. 19 in 29323 Wietze must first be demolished. In addition to the existing fire station, the 2.5-storey residential building with basement, the 2.5-storey utility building with rest rooms and basement, and a small garage complex are also to be demolished. The extent to which the operation of the existing fire station can be maintained during the construction phase is to be examined within the framework of the tendering procedure. If an interim solution should prove unavoidable, the contracting authority will implement this. The planned 2-storey fire station is to include approximately 1,300 m² BGF of a vehicle hall with 6 parking spaces and rooms for decontamination, coarse washing and drying, as well as rooms for exercise and operational management, rooms for training, rest and administration and workshops and storage rooms. Technical, traffic and other areas are to be implemented according to the space program. In the outdoor facilities, in addition to the necessary areas such as storage space in front of the gates, alarm parking spaces and training areas, hazardous material storage, frost-free outdoor storage areas and a training tower are also to be provided. If the necessary parking and functional areas cannot be accommodated on the property, the adjacent public area "Droschkenplatz", a former railway site, must be included in the project planning. The Droschkenplatz is located at the rear of the planned fire station site and can be developed as a combined traffic, parking and functional area. The Droschkenplatz is also to accommodate parking spaces for the neighbouring kindergarten in the long term, in order to cover its demand for parking spaces as well.
